Refund policy
Your legal right to cancel (Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013)
As an online purchase, customers have a legal right to cancel for any reason within 14 days of receiving goods. They then have a further 14 days to send the item back once they've told you they're cancelling. Once received, you refund the full price paid — including standard delivery — within 14 days.
Your 28-day returns promise (goodwill, on top of the legal minimum)
Returns accepted within 28 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange, provided the item is unworn/unused, in original packaging with tags attached, and accompanied by proof of purchase. Because shin pad sleeves are worn against skin, worn/used items are excluded for hygiene reasons — unless faulty (see below). This is stated as not affecting statutory rights, which is the correct way to phrase a hygiene exclusion.
Faulty, damaged, or not-as-described items (Consumer Rights Act 2015)
- Within 30 days: full refund if faulty/not as described
- After 30 days (up to 6 months): free repair or replacement first; refund if that doesn't resolve it
- Return postage for faulty/incorrect items covered by you; change-of-mind return postage covered by the customer (standard, and worth stating clearly)
Refunds: processed within 14 days of the returned item being received, to the original payment method.
Exchanges: unworn items within 28 days, subject to stock.
